Clarifications that keep the drawing set unambiguous
Load case basisAll load-bearing calculations follow AS/NZS 1170.0 and AS/NZS 1170.1 unless a project brief states otherwise. Wind region and terrain category are confirmed per site before any member sizing begins.
Drawing revision controlOnly the latest revision letter on each sheet is valid for construction. Superseded revisions are void even if they remain in the project folder, and site teams must check the transmittal date before issuing any drawing to a subcontractor.
Column grid toleranceGrid lines on the structural layout refer to the centreline of the column. A deviation beyond plus or minus 10 mm at the base plate requires a written engineer review before concrete is poured.
Connection responsibilityStandard bolted connections shown in the general arrangement are designed by Benedictesunda. Non-standard splices or site-welded details must be submitted as a separate shop drawing for approval before fabrication.
Foundation interfaceGeotechnical reports are referenced but not reinterpreted in the structural set. If the site soil class changes after excavation, the footing schedule is rechecked before any further pours proceed.
Coordination with servicesPenetrations through primary beams and shear walls are not assumed. A services routing drawing must be cross-checked against the structural grid before openings are cut on site.
