A fixed sequence we follow for every logistics warehouse brief. Each stage has a defined output, so you always know what is ready and what comes next.
Stage 01
We collect the warehouse footprint, column grid intentions, mezzanine loads, and the local Australian standard requirements that apply to your region. You receive a checklist of missing documents before any analysis begins.
Stage 02
Dead loads, live racking loads, wind actions, and crane or conveyor forces are mapped onto a preliminary grid. We flag span limits early so the architectural layout does not fight the structure later.
Stage 03
Steel or concrete members are sized against the mapped loads. Column spacing, portal frame depths, and foundation pads are set to keep deflection within serviceability limits for long-span logistics floors.
Stage 04
We produce construction-ready drawings with dimensioned sections, connection details, and reinforcement schedules. The drafting follows our internal CAD standard, so the set is consistent across sheets and easy for a builder to read.
Stage 05
Every drawing set goes through an internal check against the load calculations. We correct clashes, verify bolt groups and weld capacities, and return a marked-up revision list before the final issue.
Stage 06
The final package is issued with a cover note that states the revision status, the design standards used, and the items that require a geotechnical report or a specialist supplier input before fabrication begins.
